Remodelling of an existing house.  

A two storey terraced dwelling located within a residential setting. Chirag Desai Architects were appointed to re-imagine the house to create spacious rooms within tight site constraints.

A key design aspect of the project was to transform the run down existing kitchen space with a light, open plan kitchen and dining. The connection to the garden allowed the space grow.

Our requirements to accommodate a new bedroom and bathroom took the shape through a loft conversion.
