Nestled among the inviting residences of a vibrant South-West London neighbourhood, the site is set at the end of a terrace row, distinguished by its unique materials and architectural style.

 Our clients sought to breathe new life into their cherished home, focusing on reimagining the ground floor to enhance accessibility and elevate the overall living experience. With a vision to substantially improve the home's layout, they turned to Chirag Desai Architects for expert guidance. 

As the appointed architect for this project, we embarked on a radical transformation of the space, unlocking the full potential of the property. The existing garage underwent a transformative conversion, emerging as a bedroom suite. Furthermore, the living, dining, and kitchen areas underwent a strategic shift towards the rear of the house within the new extension. This reconfiguration created a dynamic and flexible open-plan living arrangement, thoughtfully tailored to accommodate the needs of the entire family.

Having skilfully navigated the planning phase, Burntwood is now poised to embark on the much-awaited construction stage.
